At Melba’s Dance, we operate seven Dance studios in the largest dance complex in South Texas. Robert does work for us on an as-needed basis…. I know I can call on him at any time when something needs his immediate attention. Because our business is more than 60 years old, our dance studios are in need of his frequent care.
Robert is talented, dependable, and trustworthy. Those are three traits that are difficult to find in one person. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of his work or the prices he charges. I don’t believe you will be either.

Robert Verwindt, of 12 Pillars Renovations & Consulting LLC, can fix anything. On numerous occasions I've called him to fix various problems at my mother's house.
For many years, the house had problems with pinhole leaks in copper tubing in the attic. After calling a plumber to fix one of the leaks, I asked him to give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace all the copper tubing in the attic. I can't remember the exact figure, but I believe it was more than $5000.
When I presented the problem to Robert, he came up with an ingenious solution that was much more cost effective.
More recently There was a roof leak. He identified the problem and replaced part of the roof in an are of the leak with matching roof tiles.
